I had my first visit today at Red - Rose Chiropractic in Kirkland with Dr. Harder, and everything I read about him turned out to be true. He is incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, and empathetic. I was a bit long-winded explaining my symptoms, but he never rushed me. He took the time to do a thorough assessment, x-rays, and clearly explain everything he was seeing and doing, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the visit. He did an adjustment as well and was very gentle, which meant a lot because I was anxious about increasing the pain I’ve already been dealing with over the past year. The office itself is clean, orderly, and very well organized. I was really impressed. They even had uplifting reading material in the waiting area along with magazines, which added to the calm, positive atmosphere. His staff is just as wonderful. Everyone was professional, warm, and welcoming. It really makes a difference when your provider truly cares. Skill matters, but compassion and empathy are a huge part of healing, and you can feel that in this clinic. I’m looking forward to continuing treatment and building a long-term relationship to help me get healthier over the next year. I left feeling encouraged and grateful for such a positive experience. Scott is the gentlest chiropractor I have ever been to. Others have just basically said “lie face down”, proceeded to push down on my back and then told me “ok, that’s it.” No massaging to feel the muscles in my back or neck. No gentleness at all. Scott makes me feel that he cares about what he’s doing as opposed to just doing his job. I appreciate his care.
