I love working with this place and completely recommend it! For such a long time, I have struggled with keeping a consistent exercise routine, and it was the core reason to many of my problems. I have been working with CJ over the past few months. He is professional and courteous, also takes the time to work with your needs. I'm nowhere near where I want to be, yet still I have never made this much progress in such short time. Jennifer and Michelle at the front desk are also amazing. They always give you a warm welcome, take a second to ask about your day, and make sure your appointment always start on time.
