I came to Dr. Welch after a back injury and a bad experience with another chiropractor. She is wonderful — extremely thorough and takes a lot of time with each appointment. She gives me stretches to do at home as well. I also had no idea before meeting her that chiropractic care could resolve my chronic headaches but they are gone! The new massage therapist, Hannah Elmer, is AMAZING! Her massages are deep and therapeutic without being too painful and she clearly knows what she is doing, incorporating helpful stretching and coaching on breathing techniques during the massage. Definitely one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever encountered.
