Highly Recommend visiting Capstone Chiropractic and scheduling an appointment with Dr. Snyder for any muscle tightness, limited range of motion, or pain! My 12 year old son had low back tightness and after his treatment Monday he is still saying his tightness today (Wednesday) is gone and his movement feels so much lighter and easier to perform. I had restricted motion in my shoulders and pain at the top of my foot when stepping out of bed for the last 3 weeks. Since my treatment on Monday the restriction has been relieved and I noticed Tuesday and Wednesday morning I don’t have the pain on the top of my foot! We were specifically looking for a chiropractor who utilized adjustments along with ART(Active Release Techniques) as part of the treatment. Dr. Synder was amazing from performing the movement evaluation, his wholistic treatment approach, as well as educating us on future stretching and exercises to help address the root cause of our issues. Truly appreciative that Dr. Synder was able to accommodate my son and I on short notice while visiting family in Virginia. We will be booking appointments with him next summer when we return for a summer youth football camp in the area! Thanks again, Leroy & Mason

Doctor snider ( hope I spelling his name right ) has being taking good care of my lower back problems since 2021 and I got to say I am thankful to him since the time he has being taking care of my my problem has only improved. At first I couldn’t walk, sit or stand because it was to painful for me. Now I can have a normal life once again. I used to also have problems with my wrists and the pain is gone now thanks to his treatment. Once again thank you doctor for being kind and always willing to help even when I can’t make the appointments he never makes it hard on me to be able to reschedule and for someone like me whose schedule keeps changing on the drop of a hat it is something I really appreciate. Once again thank you for everything and I will keep coming to see your facility for everything in the future

Dr. Steven Snyder and his staff are absolutely amazing! I came to him for help on my poor posture that I developed over the years. As a customer who’s very skeptic, as far as going to a doctor, let alone a chiropractic service I have to say Capstone Chiropractic, LLC has been amazing. The staff is very professional knowledgeable but the best part is they’re very humble and personable they took overall My situation at hand and my issues and made it their own. They looked out for my overall well-being and kept me posted on everything. The transparency from what they know to what you need to know is 100%. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Capstone Chiropractic; the doctors are very nice. The staff is very nice the facility Is very clean and well kept. You can’t go wrong with these guys they’ve changed my life and opened my eyes.
