I had an amazing experience with Ross Bomben, through a good few visits for my lower back pain. I was worried initially that I may have slipped a disc through weight lifting and my work, wearing myself out. I was put through movement resistant exercises to determine what exactly was going on. I was given homework, a few simple movement based exercises to do a few times a day at home when I found time, staying consistent I found improvement with my back which brought me hope. It was this and a deep tissue massage to my lower back and I immediately felt a big difference in flexibility. Incredible and simple work from the best, highly recommend coming down if you are worried about you physical health. I take everything that I learned and made habits with that knowledge on my road to recovery. Thank you Ross!

Dr. Bomben correctly diagnosed that I had a disc in my back that was bulging out the back and the left side. Then he told me to push my hip to the right and lean to the left several times a day to "squeeze the disc back in", which seemed counter intuitive to me. It didn't squeeze the disc back in, but tore my disc! Dr. Bomben didn't admit any fault or compensate me in any way, just took my money to adjust me additional times. In a few short days, I couldn't even stand up, couldn't sit comfortably, couldn't sleep, couldn't even put pants on, and was in horrible pain! This continued for months! I was uninsured and had to pay big bucks get cortisone shots to relieve some of the pain. I'm guessing I may need expensive surgery in the future. I was unable to return to any of the team sports that I had previously played. Sure, Dr. Bomben works with professional athletes, but he did a terrible job with this amateur athlete, who did not have any means to sue or seek compensation. My husband read about inversion tables and suggested that I get one to try. It helps me remain mobile with limited athletic activities these days. I wish Dr. Bomben had suggested inverting to stretch the spine rather than the exercise that injured me! Don't let his confident demeanor fool you - beware! If something he suggests doesn't seem right to you, get several opinions no matter the cost! You can't get your health back once it's lost!

Dr. Bomben is a miracle worker!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me through multiple injuries. I truly believe I’ve healed faster due to his and his staff impressive work. I’d highly recommend him for everything from simple back pain to sports injury recovery.

Dr Bomben and staff are amazing. I have been going to them off and on for 10 years for a variety of sports related issues — from leg, IT band, knee and back issues due to running and lifting. He always determines the root cause and then prescribes a course of action to get me out of pain and then stabilize and strengthen the area - usually in 2 or 3 visits - not over 12 mos. I am 53 and run/lift daily pain free and much of this is attributed to Dr. Bomben. Highly recommend him and his practice.

I started visiting Performance Therapy Group when I developed what felt like sciatica pain. Upon my first visit, Dr. Bomben was able to diagnose what was going on with my back and some initial exercises I could begin to do to help reverse the issue. Over the course of a month they were able to improve my issue to where I am almost back to 100% healed. I plan to continue to follow their recommendations to get through the final steps of my recovery. I would strongly recommend Performance Therapy Group to anyone who is having muscular or back issues and would like to try and address the issue(s) without surgery.
