Dr. James is the best and I'm not 'just saying that'. Both of my parents see him and I was recommended as well. I went for a lingering rotator cuff impingement (that I was in PT in before) and honestly, it really didn't start to feel better until Dr. James worked his magic and knew exactly what to do when I told him what I was in for. I go at least once a month now, sometimes twice, and each time I leave I really do feel better all around.

I’ve greatly enjoyed treatments with Dr. James for the last few months. His approach is the most thoughtful, thorough and holistic I’ve ever experienced with a chiropractor. He utilizes several modalities, customized to each individual- including integrative physical therapy and stretching after the adjustment. He listens & observes intently, so treatment evolves with the patient. His office is also super fun- decorated with his vast collection of art and several healing tools out for use while waiting (yoga balls, foam rollers, etc). I recommend Dr. James because he clearly prioritizes quality over quantity- a rare demonstration of excellence and mastery.

Dr James is extremely compassionate practitioner. His bedside manner is one of heart centered sincerity and adaptability of chiropractic technique to best suit the ongoing needs of his patients. I have experienced just that as Dr James sculpted a more definitive approach to my physical problems as he has gotten to know What works and what doesn't work, for me. Adaptability, patience, resilience are qualities anyone can benefit in their life and Dr James has them in Spades. I am deeply grateful I found him and anyone who goes to him for Chiropractic Care will most likely reach the same conclusion.

Highly recommend! Dr. James is the best! I am a competitive contact sport athlete so I’m very hard on my body and had a lot of issues when I first came to see Dr. James in 2019. His treatment plan and care has absolutely changed my life for the better and has helped me be able to continue training and exercising at the high intensity that I want. I appreciate how thorough his treatment plan is and it’s really cool seeing my alignment and posture progress year after year. It is clear that Dr. James is passionate about what he does which comes through in the way he cares for his patients. My weekly appointments are a staple in my calendar and I always feel better leaving his office!
