Dr. Steve Smith is incredible. I had a numb tingling spot in my back that bothered me for many years, especially when I was fishing, my biggest passion in life it was borderline debilitating. Several sessions with him and a detailed explanation of what he was doing and why solved my problem. I do go back a couple times a year whenever I tweak my back able to get me upright and going again within 24 hours of doing what he does best. He has a highly competent, friendly and attentive staff. I’ve been a patient of his for more than 12 years and do not plan on changing.

I was looking for a chiropractor who graduated from the Palmer School like the chiropractor I went to in another state for 15 years. I googled and found Dr. Smith. The other chiropractor in the Hickory office is Dr DeWitt and he graduated from Life College. When you go here, they listen and do the adjustments according to your physical needs and in such a way that you are comfortable. Highly recommend.
