MuscleRX was the very first step in me feeling better after a few years of pain that started in late 2020. At the time, I had thought it was a right foot issue, as every time I would walk, I felt like I was walking on a marble under my big toe. I started seeing Sydnie in June 2023 and for a little while, she helped. But the marble feeling kept persisting and I was wondering if I had found the right solution. Well, first off, Sydnie is AWESOME and I've been seeing her now for 2+ years. She's an expert in her field and is responsible for ensuring that I feel structurally aligned from head to toe. She understands the body mechanics of how muscles interact and more importantly, she knows how to fix them. The only reason the marble feeling wasn't able to be fixed, is because I needed to focus on the primary cause of that pain. And that's where I owe it to MuscleRX and the founder, Elechia, for steering me in the right direction by understanding that my main issue was a posture one. She recommended a fantastic upper cervical chiropractic team in the area and after starting that journey and then combining it with sessions with Sydnie, was a powerful solution to my somewhat complex problem. I appreciate how much Elechia cared when I had mentioned in 2023 that "I love what ya'll are doing and it is helping, but why is my foot still in pain". She ran some tests and knew exactly where to steer me in finding long term relief. Now it's a one-two combo where I continue my chiropractic journey and work with talented folks like Sydnie to ensure I'm my best self. I've also had the pleasure of working with Kyle and Bailey on a few occasions and can highly recommend them as well. Also, shout out to the staff out front, who always makes you feel welcome. You look forward to stopping in and managing any pain you might be feeling. It's such a unique place to find real relief and I'm thankful they're in Hickory!

I have dealt with right low back, glute and some tingling down the right leg for years, off and on. As a chiropractor, it has been frustrating trying to solve my own issues without long term success. I have been to MuscleRX for a little over 3 weeks and while I am still dealing with issues, I can tell we are on the path to getting me better. After each visit, things improve. MuscleRX will definitely be a part of my overall wellness strategies moving forward and I recommend it to anyone looking to function at their best and looking to get rid of symptoms.

I was a little hesitant about going but my wife insisted Needless to say I went. Hannah at the front desk was friendly and Nathan was welcoming and knowledgeable as well. Elechia worked magic on my neck and leg problems. I immediately felt better than I have in years. I’ll be going back and would highly recommend anyone who is in pain or just needs maintenance to set an appointment here. I had severe pain with my sciatic nerve. I saw a chiropractor 5 times. Then, I went to my doctor and was prescribed steroids. I was still in severe pain. Someone told me about Muscle RX. They were wonderful. After several treatments, I felt some improvement. After completing their treatments, I have been pain free for 5 weeks!! The therapy at Muscle RX has been a life saver for me!!! Muscle Rx works! Our family goes for various needs and maintenance. As a frequent traveler Muscle Rx keeps me aligned. Often after a long drive or flight, if my lower back hurts or I feel a pinch I will visit for alignment. I also play tennis and Muscle Rx helps my tennis elbow and overall muscle fatigue. Recently my daughter had a very bad ankle sprain. The day we visited Muscle Rx we left without crutches and she recovered much faster with the proper care recommended by Elechia and team! The staff is all well trained, knowledgeable and kind. We highly recommend Muscle Rx for maintenance, chronic and acute muscle injuries!
