Dr. Gaitan patiently and skillfully healed my back injury over the course of 10 months. During that time he prescribed an effective combination of therapies as well as made sure I received the correct diagnosis via an MRI. He is thorough, skilled, kind, and fun to talk with. His knowledge is beyond reproach. The staff are delightful and go to the trouble of remembering who you are by name. It is always a pleasure going for treatment. Erik Gaitan is knowledgeable and good. This review is just for the billing department, they won't send me a written bill. Since insurance and the office are telling me different amounts that I owe, I wanted a bill so that I can confirm with insurance. billing at Wash S&D keeps saying they don't have a bill because they bill insurance. They tell me verbally what I owe and ask me to pay. How can you have no bill, invoice or anything to show what I owe?
