I arrived early to my first massage here and waited in the lobby area for a while. No one greeted me or spoke to me. No big deal though. It was Saturday and I was willing to wait a bit. Well by the time I was showed to a room, handed paperwork, completed the paperwork, and got ready more than 15 minutes had passed from my start time. I checked the clock when I was done because it felt awfully short and sure enough I’d been shorted more than 15 minutes. In the process of leaving and wondering what just happened, I accidentally left my water bottle. The owner said they’d make it up to me and contact me the following week to reschedule. Great, things happen and I was willing to give it another shot. I enjoyed the few minutes of massage I got. I called and confirmed my water bottle was there the following week. Said I’d pick it up Saturday. A few days later, they followed up on reaching out to reschedule my massage. When I got the email, it was for the wrong service. I wrote back and they clarified I was scheduled for a 30 minute massage. I didn’t really want another half massage, but fine. I had to get my water bottle anyhow. I arrive to my make up massage, again early. While I’m waiting I find out they’ve “lost” my water bottle. Again I wait past my start time, none too pleased that they seem to have misplaced a water bottle they definitely had before. I go back to get my massage and it lasts about 15 minutes. At this point I can’t believe I left the house for this. Called again the next business day to see if perhaps they were able to locate my water bottle, as it was a nice one. Nope. They acknowledge that they did have it in their possession, but say they don’t know where it went. I came for a massage and left disappointed twice, without a water bottle, and feeling like I’d wasted my time and money. I get massages on an almost monthly basis and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
