Providers are compassionate and up to date on latest pain interventions. Any recommended procedures can be performed right in the office. In addition providers are willing to prescribe strong pain medication as appropriate. Office staff are friendly and able to solve most issues without needing to refer patients to the main business office. My only complaint is that on the rare occasions I need to get a hold of the main office they are extremely difficult to get a hold of. And, in the past I have had trouble getting the billing office to return phone calls. The practice has an entire team in one office. They have physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, med providers, and procedure specialists that can provide a team approach to pain management.

The team at Interquest are amazing. Joel, Danny and his team, Wesley in PT, and all the ladies at the front desk and check out are some of the most wonderful people. During my time with this clinic I have never had a negative interaction. I will definitely refer friends, family, and patients to this clinic. I work as a medical assistant and I fully appreciate the values this team carryout daily. This is type of clinic that medical assistants fight to get into. I know I would. They are all so thabkful that you are there and attentive to patient questions and concerns. Great qualities for a clinic. I feel like future clinics that open should be trained here to keep these standards throughout all the clinics. Great job everyone.

I have had a wonderful experience here recovering from an injury from a car wreck. The nurse practitioners actually listened to me and got me the appropriate tests and care I needed to heal. Every staff member I have encountered is amazing. They are so kind and helpful. I highly recommend.

(Update number two) Not being a big person on taking the time to write up reviews, it really takes either a really nice experience or one that is just off the charts bad. Unfortunately this is the latter. After a pretty major scheduling issue that we did get a call from the office manager apologizing for we did have our initial visit/followup and some progress on the beginning stages of treatment for pain relief. Now to the newest non-visit. We scheduled a hip massage at another one of their clinics in Lone Tree Colorado. This scheduling happened from the original clinic in Colorado Springs. The clinic that was to perform the massage was a 84 mile roundtrip from our house so it was a day out of the calendar. We did arrive in plenty of time for the appointment and once checked in were sent across the hall to the physical therapy waiting area. Once in there, we were questioned by one of the therapists about our visit and come to find out, they do not have a massage therapist on staff and hadn't done massages in several years. We already have a physical therapist that comes to our home and actually had to turn down a session because it was during the same time we were 40 miles from our home. After some discussion between the office manager of the new Lone Tree Clinic and the original Colorado Springs Clinic, the office manager came out and apologized and sent us on our way. She was very apologetic about the second scheduling fiasco we've had from this business and it certainly is not her fault and I do appreciate her attitude, but the sting of what amounts to two scheduling issues where we spent our time getting ready (which is a really difficult routine due to the severe hip pain) and the time out of our day is a bit hard to swallow. (Update to our previous review: We received a call from the office manager the day after posting our review wishing to talk to us. We were not in the area, but did have an appointment scheduled for the next week. Once we arrived and checked in, we were summoned back to meet with the office manager. She apologized profusely and admitted that what happened to us should never have occurred. I certainly appreciate the apology as well as offering free services which was not necessary. I do believe this will become standard operating practice for this particular location and that really is the most important thing to come out of this.) We had a new patient visit scheduled for on 12/22/25. After numerous notifications from the clinic warning not to be late to the appointment, we walked in the lobby and checked in 20 minutes before the appointment. All of the new patient paperwork had been completed and returned in advance so the checkin process was seamless. Now for the seething part of the NON VISIT. After sitting and waiting for 45 minutes, I finally got up and asked if our provider Madeline was running behind. The very nice lady behind the desk checked and excused herself. After about 5 minutes she returned and asked me to come to the desk. Seems they had skipped our appointment and called patients back that had appointments scheduled after ours. While that in and of itself along with the wait we had already incurred wasn't enough, they said that there was no availability to work us in and that we would have to reschedule. Now a new patient appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes and with what we were seeing with patients going back and returning to leave, I'm assuming the existing patients appointments were scheduled for 15 minutes. Are you telling me you can't find room in your schedule for someone that has been in severe pain for over a year after you messed up the scheduled appointment! As a local business owner, this is beyond unacceptable! This is simply not how you treat your customers in any way shape or form. Mountain View Pain Center, DO BETTER! The simple fact that after screwing up the appointment, you couldn't find it in your business model to work us in and possible have to stay 30 minutes late that evening is simply put pathetic!
