I've been under Dr. Shelly's care for about three years now and I'm so glad I found her! The technique (upper cervical) is the only chiropractic method that works for me – and all my pain was in my lower, lumbar spine. I am able to stand upright now and exercise again. Dr. Shelly has changed my life, actually given my life back to me. This chiropractic technique is GENTLE too. No more twisting my body in knots or cracking sounds. It's truly amazing, miraculous, IMO. Dr. Shelly is thoughtful, professional and personable. Above all, she is just plain expert at what she does.
