After reading the reviews, I was very hopeful to finally find a chiropractor in the area that would take the time to understand my concerns. I was told when I scheduled my first appointment, the first appointment with the doctor was an hour long. I ended up having to reschedule 2 new patient appointments, days in advance, because my work schedule changed. I scheduled my last appointment two weeks out. I get a call, a half hour before my appointment that they made a mistake and couldn't see me today because they needed an hour and a half for the first appointment and they didn't have time. They were unable to work with my schedule and didn't offer any options at all. I can't speak to the rest of the clinic, but the customer service over the phone has been less than ideal. People make mistakes, but you should do your best to accommodate the patient if a mistake is made, and that was not the treatment I received.
