Dr. Berglund is one of a kind. I have seen so many doctors for my PCOS, and he has been the only doctor to help me improve my condition holistically, rather than throwing medication at me to improve my symptoms, like all the other doctors I have had. My hormones are in balance, and I have a regular cycle for the first time in 30 years because of him. It's also so nice to have a shared faith. He does a great job listening and has been my medical detective time and time again. He is an amazing person and a fantastic doctor. I cannot recommend Dr. Berglund enough.

Dr. Berglund was helpful in treating my sons liver issues, and did his best to help with his other symptoms without having to resort to prescription medication. Very pleased with my experiences with Berglund Health. I had a laundry list of concerns with my body that I thought was too far out of control and overwhelming. My other Dr believed I needed prescription drugs to manage, but I never liked the side effects and the addictive nature of them. I felt there had to be more that I could be doing for myself, so I found these guys. Went from weekly supplement check visits to now monthly visits. I've lost about 25 lbs since I started seeing Dr. Berg. Energy level is up. State of mind is up. Blood work improved significantly. Berg health coached me through a dark stage of my life, and I am greatful to have found them.

Dr. Berglund is an anomaly. If you are tired of standard American medical doctors who treat you the same as every other patient and who keep throwing medications at you, then you need to see Dr. Berglund. I have been going to him for almost 10 years and he takes time to listen to my concerns, no matter how weird or complicated they seem, and he uses different methods of diagnosing and treating what ails you. He has a great sense of humor but is serious about how much knowledge he has in that crazy head of his! Just check out his website and learn how he operates. I learn so much each time I go to the website because he updates it often. Trust your instincts about your health, get serious about your diet because it can change your life, and call Dr. Berglund along the way. The only downside is that he doesn't take insurance. But, for the personal care you receive, he is a bargain!
