I absolutely love Cascadia Health Care. I see Karen for my massages before and after my chiropractor appointments. I have been seeing a chiropractor for a year that would give me some relief but would then anger my muscles. It wasn't u til I started seeing Karen for massage in conjunction with the chiropractic care I was receiving, did I finally get full relief! I have no pain after my appointments, my muscle feel loose and my body is more fluid for movement! I now have my husband attending for massage and chiropractic work!
