I love this place! The staff are even awesome! They take health insurance for chiropractic & massage care. This is what I have been looking for. I feel like more than just a number while I’m there. The providers actually ask & care about how you’re feeling. It’s nice to go somewhere and feel heard and cared about. I will recommend to anyone who needs chiro/massage or acupuncture! I see Dr. Moses for chiropractic & Megan for massage! Megan has magic fingers! ❤️❤️❤️ I highly recommend!

I recently received a phone call from a debt collection agency informing me that I had a debt for an unpaid bill (totaling several hundred dollars) from Back & Neck Care (BNC) for services rendered several years ago (2020 to 2021). BNC informed me that my insurance company did not pay for the full amount billed for appointments over the course of several years. BNC did not contact me regarding this issue or money still owed them but instead turned this debt over to the collection agency in the spring of 2025 (3 1/2 years later). I have no issue with paying BNC what was originally owed but BNC’s failure to contact me resulted in interest charges on the original bill for services rendered several years ago. I do not recommend Back & Neck Care.

I had the privilege of being a patient of Dr Mackenzie for 2 years when I lived in Portland. Her knowledge of the body to treat injuries is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! I’m not sure how to put this, but I’ve been worked on by several chiropractors and Dr. Mackenzie (Dr Kristin) has such gentle and extraordinarily knowledgeable hands. Her adjustments are comfortable and she is a wizard when it comes to neck and headache alleviation. Dr Kristin also demonstrates stretching so as to try and prevent/prolong future flare ups.
