I took my 3 month old to Dr. Melinda Donnelly and she was wonderful, so gentle and helped my baby so much. My little one was misaligned in the atlas, her thoracic, and pelvis. She had issues nursing on one side, was uncomfortable getting burped, and uncomfortable making bowel movements. Alignment was gentle, using a small spring loaded handheld device and gentle massage. I highly recommend Dr. Kenneth May of Haymarket Chiropractic and Rehabilitation of Warrenton, as I am feeling better after only a small number of visits. Dr. May listened to what was bothering me, asked further questions, fully explained his diagnosis and plan for treatment. I must add he even worked late to treat me on the day of my injury, since I was in extreme pain. In addition to feeling confident in Dr. May’s knowledge and ability to treat my injuries, I feel he genuinely cares - whether you are a new or returning patient. He continues to evaluate my progress at each visit and makes adjustments accordingly. Initially visits were to fix my lower back issues, now I am finding that since under the care of Dr. May, many of my aches and pains, which I had chalked up to wear and tear from years of overuse are slowly disappearing too. Same 5-Star Review on Yelp! Dr. Lucas is unbelievable. Dr. Lucas is the new Chiropractor at VCS. I never write reviews, but this Chiropractor deserved one. She is very knowledgeable, seeming to be a sponge for information, remembering not only her training and schooling, but the patient's story as well. What I love about her is that fact that she listens to the patients, immediately understands and then addresses their concerns by providing a reasonable patient recovery and/or maintenance plan not only for athletes, but for all patients. Above all, she is super nice and really enjoys her job, which is refreshing. One last note - in February 2015 I injured my shoulder during a snowboarding accident resulting in an impingement resulting in zero mobility. Since I am a pilot, I needed to get back to work ASAP. I immediately called her office, she worked me in between patients, and I was able to have some movement within the first day of treatment. The next two days I returned to her for a more aggressive treatment and she obliged. Within 3 days, I was almost 100%. She saved me a lot of money because I was able to return to work. Please visit her for any issues that you may have. I know this is a skeptical area of the medical profession, but after seeing her I am a believer in chiropractic and homeopathic care.
