I've been suffering with neck and back pain for a couple of months now. I've tried to get in with my regular chiropractor with no luck. Out of desperation, I searched for places open on the weekend and found The Joint. I went in not expecting much and knew they have wellness plans that would probably be pushed on me. I thought "I'm not getting talked into that!" Well, the front desk girl (I never remember names) was super friendly, funny and has great taste in music. The doctor was very welcoming and knowledgeable. It was the quickest most efficient appointment I've ever had and I honestly left feeling amazing! I kept saying all day "I'm so glad I went in there today!" They didn't even have to ask me to sign up for the wellness plan, I asked to!

My hubby and I needed care, me for sleeping on a too fluffy pillow which exacerbated neck stiffness, and found Joint Chiropractic. We decided to check it out in person at the Stafford, VA location. Farrah greeted us so warmly and sincerely that we immediately felt welcomed. She listened with true compassion and a desire to understand as we explained our various aches and pains:) She then patiently explained the various payment options to get the number of adjustments we would likely need. Because of her kindness and absolute charm in dealing with us and all the other customers that walked in (truly a steady stream) we felt at ease in coming up with a monthly paid membership for me. And a package deal for him, which was discounted due to military affiliation. We felt immediate relief from the worst of our pains. We also took advantage of the fact that we could be seen in another state over the holidays. They were great too! I have continued to see Dr. Payton regularly and am feeling so much better. No more crick in my neck and increased movement overall. The vibe is very relaxed yet productive. Every single staff member is warm, personable and helpful. I’m typically reticent to post reviews related to medical care but feel confident that this practice cares about its clients and is there — available at convenient times throughout the week — to ensure progress is achievable and able to be maintained. Joint Chiropractic is a very professional company that I’m happy to recommend!
