I found Chirofactor and Dr. Goff (Rusty) as I was dealing with shoulder tightness and pain that was being activated when I turned my neck certain ways. Working with them has been really awesome to gain relief! I was given "homework," too - some stretches and exercises to help my posture outside of our sessions. I really enjoy working with them!

*Edit I came back to Dr Rusty with serious pain in my left shoulder. I've been to my primary care physician who prescribed me pain medication. I decided to come see Dr Rusty and he worked wonders! By the time I left I had much better range of motion in my shoulder and a lot less pain! Dr Rusty is my hero!* I have been going to chiropractors for over 40 years and I can honestly say Dr. Rusty is one of the best! He is very knowledgeable and I always feel so much better after an adjustment. One thing I really appreciate is that he doesn't "force" the adjustments if my neck is too tight. (I've had chiropractors do that before and it did a lot more harm than good!) He is very gentle yet effective. If you are nervous about going to a chiropractor, Dr. Rusty is for you!
