Dr Conklyn is one of the most genuine, skillful, approachable yet professional Dr's I've come across. She is really concerned about your health. I'll be honest, I'm not used to her technique as I have always been treated by chiropractor that do high velocity adjustment. But, I decided to try it. , I also understand why she would use an activator on me with my condition. The results does not last long for me. I did ask her if she can be a bit more aggressive on adjusting my neck and she complied. Unfortunately, im very locked up so she did not get much movement. I know that there are those that would rate her low because of not obtaining results. You have to understand, that there are people that do benefit from this technique. I wouldn't want grandma to get an adjustment where your hearing bones cracking. Also people with fibromyalgia would not do well with high velocity. In my opinion, there is no such thing as a bad chiropractor. Unless you are injured. You have to find the technique that works for you. Just like massages. Some, like myself like deep muscle and some like a lite touch. Thus, I would recommend people to her, and let them now ahead of time. Be well!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Conklyn for many years. I have limped in her office many times, unable to stand erect. Seeing her significantly reduces my pain. At times it takes more than one visit to completely alleviate my pain but she accomplishes it every time. This is accomplished through adjustments with an activator, the use of electrical stimulation, and massage therapy all in one office.

Huge waste of time and money. The appointment did nothing to resolve any of the pain I was dealing with. I was able to do more at home with self help techniques of massage and mobility. The appointment itself took probably 15-20 minutes, and the majority of that was just me filling out paper work. I have seen many PTs and Chiros and know that a good appointment should be intentional and take time, because each body is unique and has unique needs. My appointment was over a year ago and I am just now over a year later getting a bill that says it is over due. After insurance, I owe over $100 for being in the office and actually “worked on” for about 5-10 minutes. I’m going to pay the bill, but this just blows my mind and is part of the reason healthcare leaves a bad taste in so many people’s mouths.
