Dr. Caleb is a caring professional. He takes the time to understand his patients and builds a custom plan that best support/meets their needs. He listens and adapts as you work through treatments and activities. I came in with shoulder pain, but have also had neck surgery in the past. Dr. Caleb was thoughtful about my plan and ensured that we worked on my shoulder without re-injuring my neck. I highly recommend his services!

I was referred to Dr. Caleb by a personal trainer in the area for some ongoing back pain that I have been dealing with. After spending years trying different providers, therapies, etc.. I had started to give up since nothing really seemed to give me much long term relief. I’d feel better, get back to being active, then end up right back in pain. It was frustrating and I never fully understood why. Dr. Caleb was the first provider who actually sat down and listened to me. We talked about my goals and built a plan around that instead of just doing the same treatment every visit. The active approach made a huge difference. I finally felt like I was learning how to move better and trust my body again instead of just chasing temporary relief. Totally different experience from any physical therapist or chiropractor I’ve been to. I am confidently playing golf on the weekends and playing with the kiddos during the week pain free. So thankful that I found Dr. Caleb. I'm a lifter and been dealing with chronic upper back and shoulder pain for a while and was hesitant to begin treatment with a typical PT program. Caleb was hands on from the start and he worked with me directly during every session, paying close attention to what is working and what isn't. Sessions were tailored based on what we both agreed was working and this is what ultimately made me feel like his treatment was worth it. He did not try a one size fits all approach with me. I've enjoyed learning good mobility movements that helped out my back and shoulders and made me feel surprisingly good after doing them regularly, and specific exercises to strengthen my back and learning how to do them safely to continue my lifting progress. Caleb guided me through every session and I never once felt like I was just another patient. He's also just a really good human being. I've had setbacks this year due to illness and life in general and there were sessions where I was feeling overwhelmed with my lack of progress and whatever was eating at me that day. Caleb was fantastic at matching my speed on those days and being supportive when I needed it. Caleb is absolutely awesome! I’ve had my fair share of orthopedic surgeries with some lingering issues from one with my hip that’s led to some muscle imbalances and wonky back problems. I’ve done chiropractor visits in the past and other things of the like, but nothing built long term stability. After talking to Caleb I immediately knew this was the perfect place to fix the functional issues AND build stability to have a long term Fix. I could not be happier with the work Caleb has done. He is immediately able to diagnose the problem, create a plan to work through the imbalances and create stability, and then to dial in the foundation for long term success.
