Doctor John is the BEST! I have always been apprehensive about help with my back from a chiropractor. Doctor John gave me an x-ray, discussed the results, and made a plan of attack. Within a couple of weeks, the pain was minimal. After 3 weeks, the pain was gone completely. Doctor John got me back in the gym and I'm even planning to run a 5K in a couple of months.
