Dr. Steve Dotson sets the standard for excellence in chiropractic care. His knowledge, wisdom, compassion, and skill are evident at every appointment. He listens carefully and communicates clearly. Following a hard fall on ice, my hip and back were in a great deal of pain. After each of several visits the pain lessened. With the adjustments Dr. Steve made and the treatments he used, I feel so much better. I am able to move comfortably and sleep well. I highly recommend Dr. Steve Dotson, appreciate how quickly he helped me recover from my injuries, and am thankful the Lord led me to Dr. Steve.

Dr. Steve and his staff were phenomenal. The environment was friendly and it felt welcoming. They were very thorough and detailed in explaining the process of the appointment and their expectations. They have equipment detailed for specific needs. Steve was efficient in his work and extremely friendly. Their staff was focused and present. Everyone was great in helping me and I felt incredible after only one session. I have a follow up appointment. Highly recommend getting your body and spine adjusted. Don’t need to look elsewhere.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Steve and his team! I was dealing with severe lower back pain that made it hard to walk or bend. My acupuncturist, Dr. Lai from Benefit Acupuncture, suggested I visit Dr. Steve's office, noting that he accepts walk-ins. During my visit, Dr. Steve conducted a thorough physical and orthopedic evaluation, including an x-ray, and explained the issues with my back, along with some neck and shoulder problems. After just one chiropractic session, I started to feel improvement, and by the second session, I felt significantly better. Remarkably, my shoulder pain, which had persisted for six months, was resolved after that first session! It’s clear why Dr. Steve's office is filled with 5-star reviews. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff!

Stopped in to get an adjustment at Cornerstone Wellness and Dr steve adjusted me and then told me about his new light wave machine that he has that really helps penetrate the muscles, ligaments, bones. I love that he’s always trying to look for healthy, natural ways to heal our bodies.
