Thanks to the cervical spinal decompression therapy at North Texas Injury and Wellness, I'm finally finding relief from chronic neck pain, stiffness, and persistent headaches. Before starting my treatment with Dr. Timothy Odom, I struggled to get through my daily routine and couldn't even sit comfortably or sleep through the night. Dr. Odom and his staff — Maxine, Jada, and Jake — are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Dr. Odom takes the time to listen and explain everything in a way that makes you feel completely comfortable and confident in your treatment. Maxine the office manager was able to schedule my appointments around my work schedule. Jada is very experienced and knowledgeable when it came to my therapy. Jake really helped with my exercises and together they keep the office running smoothly and make every visit a positive experience. I’ve noticed a huge difference since starting care here and can’t recommend them highly enough. Dr. Odom and his staff are amazing. I have tried many other chiros in the area and this has been the best experience I have had. I have had chronic neck and lower back pain that has really been keeping me from my normal physical activities for months. From my first phone call talking to Ms. Cathy at the front desk…where I explained I had been in a lot of pain to her fitting me in…to showing up and feeling super welcome…to the thorough exam trying to pin point the issues…to the actual adjustment where I didn’t even know it was possible for my body to crack so much..to the IMMEDIATE relief I have felt after two visits…seriously, just a great experience. After suffering with a great deal of shoulder and neck pain radiating down into my chest area, my cousin recommended Dr. Odom. I had not seen a chiropractor in many years, and I wasn’t sure it would be of much help. The first couple of adjustments left me quite sore. But after each subsequent adjustment, I could tell the pain was improving. The neck pain that was radiating down my shoulders and back was so much improved. Some days I didn’t feel it at all. It seems almost too good to be true. I highly recommend Dr. Odom, and his office staff is some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet!
