Chase brings so much functional knowledge to his practice it's truly remarkable. At this point we have worked through multiple injuries I thought would leave me permanently benched or chronically in pain, instead I am stronger and better conditioned than ever. His input on my form and technique have improved my performance, and his thoughtful, tailored guidance on movements to best stabilize and strengthen my body have been invaluable. Hurts so good.

In the short time I have been working with Chase and Katherine, they have made a drastic improvement in issues/pain I have dealt with for years in my wrists, shoulders, and back. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and truly care about long-term results. I noticed real progress quickly and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with chronic pain or mobility issues.

Dr Chase, is an incredibly knowledgeable doctor. He has helped me discover new methods for treating old injuries and it’s game changing! He’s an athlete who understands other athletes bodies really well! I highly recommend you see him if you’re not feeling 100% or dealing with chronic pain points from old injuries.

I almost don’t want to tell anyone about Katherine’s amazing practice because I want to keep her all to myself. I’ve been rough on my 45 year old back and recently pulled or strained something that literally took my breath away when it happened because the pain was that bad. A good friend recommended I go see Katherine after I could hardly walk the next morning. Luckily, she had an opening the next day, and I’m so glad she did. If my pain level was an 8 when I got there, it was down to a 2 when I left. She listened carefully, tried different techniques, and found what worked best for me. I’m so grateful for her care and expertise. Highly recommend.
