I have been dealing with sciatica for several months. I scheduled an appointment here with the hopes of getting some much needed relief from pain. The scheduling of my appointment was done via text. I received an appointment confirmation text the day before my appointment asking me to confirm. I responded, confirming the appointment. The day of the visit I get another text asking me to confirm and I confirm again. Then, I receive another text asking if I am willing to move my appointment from 5:45 to 5:15. I reply saying that I need to keep the 5:45 time. They reply saying they will see me at 5:45. Despite all of this, they cancelled my appointment saying that I never confirmed my appointment. Both the front desk lady and the chiropractor were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I wasted 3 weeks waiting for my appointment only to be cancelled on last minute for no logical reason. I urge anyone considering this business to seek care somewhere else.

I’d like to add my personal experience to highlight just how exceptional their care truly is. First and foremost, MHC’s dedication to supporting our military and Veterans is truly commendable. As a patient for nearly 5.5 years and someone who has received chiropractic care since 1991, I can confidently say that MHC stands out for their exceptional treatment. Dr. Ronson and Dr. Allison excel at explaining what’s happening in my body and empowering me to take ownership of my healing journey. When I started treatment at MHC in 2019, I suffered from severe pain in both forearms. I couldn’t carry a bag of groceries or even shake hands without excruciating discomfort. Dr. Ronson used Active Release Technique (ART) to address the issue, and I’ve been pain-free ever since! The name "Mission Health Center" is truly fitting—it reflects Dr. Ronson’s purpose-driven approach to improving the health of his patients and the community. Beyond chiropractic care, the center offers a variety of treatment modalities and hosts health education classes throughout the year. These classes, focusing on movement, nutrition, mindset, and energy, have been incredibly insightful and valuable to me. Although I’ll soon be relocating out of state, I plan to visit MHC whenever I’m back in middle Tennessee to ensure my health stays in peak condition. I'm in charge of a few different things for work that make me busy, plus I just moved to the area and needed some help for my ankle pain and back pain. I needed to understand my situation and Mission Health provided a very thorough consultation for me to pinpoint areas where I needed chiropractic care but also where I can increase mobility. They kindly provided me clear understanding of what they could provide and what exercises I would benefit from out of the office. The whole package was beneficial and fit into my busy schedule well. They even reached out to me when I was gone for vacation to remind me of upcoming appointments and exams which made me happy. If you want a company to diligently ask the right questions, get you quality care that works, and be courteous in the process, call these guys. Excellent, professional, and very easy to work with.

I owe a lot to Mission Health. I originally went in to help with some lower back pain and hopefully get some relief from headaches; I got that and more. The Mission Health team has become family and I look forward to seeing them every other week. Christian values, family focused, and friendly staff. You will not go wrong putting your health in the hands of Dr. Ronson, Dr. Allison, and staff. They truly want what’s best for you and don’t push supplements and vitamins on you. They listen to you and your body and do what’s best. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.
