I walked into my appointment 10 minutes early and signed in. I was waiting and at 10am a man comes in from the back door and in the conversation with the receptionist said he did NOT have an appointment and that no matter what he is next to be seen.He looked over and saw me waiting and then doctor Joe comes out after being 10 minutes late for my appointment due to running over with his patient before me and looks over at me and takes the other guy back first and I told the receptionist I would like my X-rays emailed to me and told her it’s absolutely ridiculous that they took that guy before me because he said he wanted to go next no matter what. The receptionist then said well he was just getting a quick hip adjustment and completely missed the point that it’s bad business to do to a paying client. No one asked if I minded waiting even longer for this guy who didn’t even have an appointment. They basically were saying some guys time is more valuable than mine when I had an appointment and already waited. The older receptionist kept scoffing and seemed so put off that I wanted my time to be honored.
