I’m a newer member to Infinite Chiro. I was a little nervous as I had never been to a chiropractor before but the team answered all of my questions and put me on a 6 month plan. After the first visit I noticed a difference in my neck mobility. I hadn’t realized how little I couldn’t move until they adjusted me. I plan to keep coming even after my treatment plan is done. Very professional. Thorough. Concerned and kind. Did not know till I checked out even after asking upfront when scheduled about insurance being filed, I had a fairly hefty payment due at the end of my first visit for original assessment. I understand the need to charge this if insurance does not cover it. Thankfully, it was doable for me but would have liked to have known about the charge upfront.
