Haven’t needed to see the chiropractor in a couple of years, but the moment you need to be seen they can’t see you for two weeks? Do better.

Could not be happier with them. Everyone is just super nice. Very friendly almost like family!!!!!! I went in with a pain scale that was just unbearable. Now 3 visits later my pain scale is a 3 and its going down more and more!!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!! And I thank Cathy Pruitt for recommending me to a great place!!!!!!!!

This place is a complete joke. I went in because I’ve been having major neck and back issues, which I’ve been dealing with these issues for awhile and had seen a chiropractor a couple years back but it has gotten worse and I wanted more of a updated on what was going on. At the time that I went I had a missed period which I was open and honest about before getting X-rays, which I didn’t get just in case. Keep in mind that I’ve had a miscarriage within the past year and my boyfriend and I have been having trouble conceiving and it’s a very personal and emotional thing for us. A week or two went by and I finally started my period ( which is always difficult to deal with when you’re trying for a baby). All that will make more sense towards the end of my post. At my next appt I told the nurse and doctor that I had started and could get my xrays now. My insurance pays for 6 free visits and then it’s $30 afterwards ($30 is not a lot and I would pay anything to get my neck and back better). I also didn’t know my insurance would pay for anything so I went to the appt ready to pay whatever it would cost to help. When I went into my appt and told the nurse I could do my xrays she was excited and told me we would set up the appt for next time. When I was leaving about to set up my next appt the doctor yells down the hall (the office was packed full of patients. I even had trouble getting a parking spot because it was so packed) to not worry about xrays because I only have one free appt left. First of all it wasn’t anybody’s business about my appts or if they are free. Secondly, it made me feel unimportant and she thought I wouldn’t come back because I wouldn’t pay the $30 or I just didn’t have the $30. Since the doctor said no xrays we didn’t set a appt for them. I was very upset about it because I wanted to know and see what was going on. Lakeside chiropractor is a very small building and you can hear every conversation and one day a man came in, got his xrays and I saw and heard her go into full depth about what was going on from his neck to his lower back, something that she didn’t even want to offer me or explain to me. I didn’t get the xrays at first because of the situation but she still didn’t tell me anything at all about what might be going on. I literally had to question everything just for her to speak or kinda tell me anything. I went back to my next appt after she didn’t even want to do the xrays and I told the lady up front that I really wanted to get the xrays and know what was going on and how my last appt made me feel belittled like i was important or didn’t have the money. The lady up front had nothing to do with this. She’s super nice and friendly and is just doing what she is told. She told the nurse What was going on and how I felt so we could do the xrays and the nurse went to tell the doctor. The doctor came and got me and took me to the back room, remember this place is small you can hear every little thing. Her eyes were blood red talking to me and you could tell she was ready to pop off. She said “I heard that with me saying don’t worry about xrays you took it as you don’t have the money” I said “yes, you yelled down the hallway while your office was packed saying to not schedule my xrays because I only have one free appt left” the doctor tried to explain that on my chart that I write down my pain levels for each appt was getting better and I told her actually they fluctuated. I was looking at the chart in her Hand while she was saying this. I have my good days and my bad days just like anyone else with back and neck issues.

This is a great place to go for an adjustment. Dr. Cindy and her staff are very nice and helpful to all that come in to the office. They do X-rays and adjustments from the neck all the way to the bottom of the back. They will put you on a table or chair for the extras they offer like heat, ice, or stem. Before or after an adjustment or both. There is usually not a long wait. As long as you have an appointment but even without an appointment she will work you in between patients. The office is open Monday thru Wednesday 8am till 6pm closed on Thursday and Friday 8am till 6pm and closed on the weekends. They do have a public restroom it's a unisex restroom. They do have handicapped parking and wheel chair accessible entrance.
