I’ve been going to beginner’s yoga on Mondays and kundalini yoga on Tuesdays for the past few months and I really love both teachers Kathy and Kara. The community there is very inclusive and supportive. I’ve never once felt uncomfortable and I always look forward to classes at Firefly.

I had an amazing massage with Kevin. He really listened to what my needs were and even though I’m on the smaller side I need rugby player level pressure and he wasn’t afraid to give me what I needed - which is sometimes an issue for me with other massages I’ve had elsewhere! And I was fitted in last minute which was really amazing because I was in quite a state! Thank you all so much

I've received several massages at Firefly Hollow Wellness Center from several different practitioners. Every time, I am greeted warmly and professionally. Every therapist has made sure they hear my goals for the appointment and I walk out feeling relaxed and renewed. I never want the sessions to end! I won't go anywhere else for massage therapy. I've been to Firefly Hollow for therapeutic/relaxation massages and prenatal massages as well. I've referred several friends and will continue to do so! I also like that they have a warm and welcoming environment to do yoga classes. They offer yoga classes for all kinds of levels, from beginner to more advanced and all of the instructors are incredibly down-to-earth and caring.
