The acupuncturist, Dr. Lee, is amazing! I went to him initially for back pain, which I've been dealing with for 20 years. He explained to me that eastern medicine heals from the feet up and the inside out. We discussed my feet, my musculoskeletal system, my diet. So far he has taught me how to do some pressure points myself as well as exercises I should do. He has healed me so much in just 3 weeks for several ailments besides my back, such as a painful condition in my hand that I had for a month before. He uses the acupuncture needles which is fascinating to me, but also has applied pressure points which I never would have realized would bring relief. Just the other day I developed an area in my back which was bothering me and applied the pressure point which he taught me. I totally feel relief. I highly recommend him!

The only chiropractic practice I will go to! Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, always thorough and patient-centered. Deynene is the best to go to for massage therapy. I’ve been treated here for several significant injuries and can’t say enough positives about them! Grateful to have a wellness practice like this in Berks!

Staff is wonderful. They always greet you with a smile. I've also used massage therapist their and they are all great at well. Liz is my favorite because she gets the right amount of pressure. Dr. Borja made me feel extremely comfortable when I was supper worried about going. Now I got every 3 weeks and my back pain is much less and my posture is better. I always recommend the Spine and Wellness center to everyone.
