Great experience . Don’t be put off by finding the place ( it’s worth the look!) or the non traditional Chiro office vibe . Normally , you are paying for a receptionist , bigger office , etc . When you visit motion , it’s smaller , but there are no distractions . For me, treatment consists of specific exercises that last almost an hour . I was in a car accident 20 years ago, and I have struggled with neck pain and headaches after I run . In the last 5 years , I developed debilitating sciatic pain . After just a few treatments, I can run again .. thank God !! Dr Pete also determined I don’t have sciatic issues ; they are likely related to muscle/joint imbalances. I am convinced standard medicine would have injected me with bone consuming anti inflammatory drugs or worse, insisted I need surgery . I truly thank God for people like Dr Pete . Def check him out !! .

Similar to the other reviewers, I have only good things to say about Dr. Pete. A friend recommended him to us about ten years ago, and since that time my wife and I have gone to him whenever we have a strained muscle injury (hand, back, and IT band, etc.). Every time, Pete listens carefully and works with us to isolate the root cause. He develops personalized treatments and doesn't push anything extra once it's clear that the injury has been treated. Before finding Dr. Pete, my wife and I went to a few other PT offices and were frustrated with the treatment. They'd recommend basic stretches that you could find online, and if those didn't work, they would recommend we see a doctor/surgeon (an extreme solution!). Dr. Pete, on the other hand, is exceptional and works to find reasonable solutions. He's a real gem, and we highly recommend him!

Dr. Pete is an amazing doctor and diagnostician whom I highly recommend. He definitely has made a major difference in resolving without surgery my hip / leg pain which was causing limited mobility and a limp. He was able to diagnose a condition in one session - with some muscle testing, observation and evaluation - that other medical professionals had not been able to identify. Once diagnosed, with a combination of hands-on adjustments and assigned exercises, I began to regain my strength and mobility. At each appointment, he would measure and record the progress I had made and adjust the treatment plan to best direct the continuing treatment. The sessions are always one-on-one and his focus is on his current client for the entire duration of the session. He has a calm, friendly and casual approach that makes working with him easy and encouraging. He always worked with me, never pushing too hard – it seems that he has an intuitive sense of what is ‘just right’. Again, I would highly recommend Dr. Pete!

I have been seeing Dr. Pete on and off for years to help me with chronic back pain. He has helped me rehab post surgeries, as well as rehab post pregnancy. Dr. Pete really thinks about you as a whole person and not just as a single ailment. He is constantly listening and thinking of ways to improve my treatment. He also does what very few do, which is take his time. I never feel rushed or looked over the way I have with more corporate physical therapy/chiropractor offices. During the pandemic, Pete has seemlessly transitioned our sessions to a virtual platform which has been a life-saver. Dr. Pete is truly one of a kind and I highly recommend him to anyone with any sort of physical ailment who wants an attentive, well-thought out path back to wellness.

I cannot say enough about Pete Thomas and how he has been crucial to my ability to recover from 2 significant injuries and be able run again. Pete has a level of knowledge and understanding that surpasses all regarding how the body works and is interconnected. He is like the "horse whisperer" of the human body. I tried multiple types of PT and other types of therapy which provided temporary relief but never really corrected my issues. He has given me exercises that are unique to my body and they have been critical to my SUSTAINED healing. This guy is the real deal and continues to help me elevate my level of fitness.
