I read another review that made the comment that it seems they pull a name from a hat and decide that they no longer will treat you like a patient. I was a patient for 3yrs. The first 2, I only saw the one provider. She was sick for one of my appointments, so I saw one of the other female providers. I won't use her name because I have nothing kind to say about her. She accused me of having a much stronger medication in my urine than I'm prescribed and put me on 3 months of conservative care. I knew it was impossible and asked a few questions, she was very rude and talked to me like I was a lying child. I insisted on a retest. However, instead of an apology, when the 2nd test came back, the mention of the "accused" medication was no longer showing in my chart, yet switched to another, lesser in strength than what I was taking. Along with previous months that I had been told everything was good and prescribed my next month's scripts (by my original provider). When I was off CC and reperscribed my medication, she had me coming in every week to submit urine tests. At my last appointment, she gave me the option to do CC 6 more months or leave. Saying "I stood her up" I called to reschedule one of my pop up urine tests and no one called me back after I left 2 messages about changing it. And claiming that I had an over the counter drug, that apparently the director has decided that he doesn't WANT you to take, in my system TWICE. Yet, was never accused of a first time. At this point, she was making things up. I told the substitute provider, that got to give me all this good news, that I was done. This woman is vile, a liar, falsified things in my records to fit her narrative. I've been a pain patient, first with my primary doctor, then with the main provider I started the clinic with and NEVER had an issue for 14 plus years. The low dose of medication I take is to give me quality of life!! She even made the comment, I should only be taking regular doses if it was absolutely necessary. Obviously she does NOT stuffer from chronic pain. Nor have any sense of her patients that do. They try to convince you that conservative care is not a "punishment", yet throw it around with glee. Although concerned with what my next steps were going to be, when I left there, knowing that I never need to see this woman again lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. I knew she was fishing for a reason to mess with me receiving my medication and if she didn't, she'd create one!! I made an appointment with my PCP and found out that my main provider started her own clinic and got a referral. I am now back to being treated with respect and humanity.

My provider was leaving and I was to follow her to her next location. Prior to her leaving I had blood work done and they called me with the results. I told the nurse on that phone call that I needed a prior authorization done because I had been in the medication for a year and my insurance needed a prior authorization. However, the office never completed the prior authorization. I called and left a message and no response then I called again and spoke to a person and they told me since I was following my provider that they would not do the prior authorization. Being that I am provider, I know that at that point I was still a patient of the practice and the prior authorization should of been done by them as you are supposed to give anyone leaving your practice 30 day supply of medication. Plus, until I am seen at a different office I am still there patient. Not completing my prior authorization was unprofessional and rude. I will never be a patient of Caring Health Network again. I have been suffering from not having my medication all because they were upset that I was going to follow the provider that I followed to that practice to begin with. I will never recommend any of my patients or my family to Caring Health Network!

I absolutely LOVE this office!! Everyone that works there makes you feel like family and truly cares about your well being. I had to get a surgery done in Ohio that was very life threatening and they was calling and asking how I was and getting ahold of my daughter to make sure I was ok. They truly care about you and how to get your health on track and keeping you on track!!

The staff is wonderful and they get back to you in a timely manner when you call and leave a voicemail I only have been with the mental health doctors like the one that provides meds and therapist which are wonderful. Never had the doctors so not sure how they are. I switched my mental health care from oasis which was the worst experience to caring health care network about a year or so now and I have had no problems with them. The mental health staff definitely listen to you and try their best to help when they can.
