Can’t say enough about Synergy…The whole staff is incredible. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and great at what they do. I’ve been dealing with a bad injury coming up on a year and Dr. Jen knew exactly what to do to help break up scar tissue and regain mobility. I have been going to Synergy and seeing Jamie for over 5 years now. I started to go for Graston on my scar tissue and now see her for every ailment I get an the old age of almost 70. She is currently working with me on my left shoulder pain thar radiates into my arm and fingers. We have been doing de-compression for the disks that are compressing and it is working very well. I am so glad that I didnt follow the advise of a doctor and go to pain management! No drugs, no shots and I am out of pain! Jamie is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The whole office and staff are so pleasant!

I would rate Jamie 10 stars if I could! I was referred to Jamie after months of shoulder pain/discomfort from co-sleeping with my son. Jamie worked swiftly to diagnose the stressed areas and isolate the treatments during my appointments. The first visit provided so much relief; the following visits provided serious repairs. From laser treatments to traditional adjustments, they're a one-stop shop. Also appreciate how quickly she can usually get me in. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jamie Lyons has been a life saver in managing low back and sciatica pain caused by a herniated disc in my lumbar spine. She is very knowledgeable and quick to recognize other muscles that are tight, weak, asymmetrical and playing a role when pain flares up. I’m very active and she is able to keep it that way! Even when other places told me my level of activity would not be able to be maintained, she has helped me live my life the way I want. Can’t recommend her enough!

I cannot say enough about Jen Grozalis and Synergy. Dr. Jen treated my shoulders for swimming tendinitis which had bothered me for so long, and she made me feel better than i had felt in decades. Most recently, I went for a really bad bruise/injury. She used stim, ultrasound, laser heat, ART and tape, and in a matter of only two sessions the bruising and inflammation was severely diminished….like shockingly diminished. I am including photos here. My pain has subsided tremendously already. Another thing I love is that each day of treatment is different depending on what’s bothering me. My neck and back and wrist were a sore today, and she worked on those as well. Whatever is hurting at the time, Dr. Jen will treat. I would highly recommend Jennifer for treatment of any kind of sports injury or soft tissue injury. Her staff is fantastic and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
