Arrogant owner and a very basic chiropractor tbh with very little compassionate care or skill; also the skilled PTs are gone, and staff doesn’t know what they’re doing half the time from billing to basic chiropractic care. I’ve seen multiple chiropractors and they’re not very good. Not recommended. Look elsewhere. Dr Hetrick never should have sold it.

I've gone to the Hetrick Center for many years (possibly over 20). Between chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage and the willingness to work with other specialists (like pain management), they've helped me avoid surgery for herniated discs from a long ago car accident and have a great quality of life. Most recently, I was in a car accident where someone hit me from behind. One of the most annoying symptoms of whiplash was a persistent headache for a solid week after the accident. One adjustment from Dr. Pavelko cleared that up immediately, and we are working with chiro and massage to keep other symptoms at bay as I heal. It's nice to have a whole team on your side!

The staff was friendly and professional. I was disappointed with the amount of time the chiropractor worked with me. This has been my first experience using a chiropractor, but I expected my appointments to last longer than 10 minutes. The first appointment was 15 minutes with the chiropractor and the next 2 appointments were each shorter.
