Outdated business practice… Don’t accept HSA or credit cards. Either cash or Venmo that’s it. And if you can’t make it to their office to pay in cash they wills PROMPTLY send you to collections over 35$ (that their office should have caught before it was charged anyway). Very used car sales vibes here— I’d avoid, much better options in the area. The chiro over talks you and it feels like he is giving you a pre planned speech and pre determined plan for treatment. Avoid them.

Updated review- Thank you Dr. Rick!! Recently I had pelvic floor trauma. After PT I was still having pain and limited mobility. One visit to Dr. Rick and I am back to my normal self. He adjusted me, gave me some advice, I followed it, and a couple weeks later I am my healthy self. Still the best doctor I see. My First Review- Dr Rick is amazing! Best doctor I have ever seen. I walked into his office first thing Saturday morning crying not even able to force my leg to walk on the sole of my foot. My foot just naturally twisted and I walked on the side of it. I had been on muscle relaxers and been to countless specialist. I had pain in my teeth, my TMJ was locked and the wanted to shoot BOTOX in my jaw. They were going to fill cavities that didn't even exist because the pain was so bad in my teeth. I saw specialist and had needles stuck in my spine and neck for crippling neck and headaches. Tension headaches that did not respond to any of the doctors treatments. I waisted too much money on unnecessary test, procedures, and treatments that never helped anything. After less then a year of going to Dr. Rick only once every 3-5 weeks I feel AMAZING! He not only helps all of the pain to go away so I can function he is very educated in nutrition, keeping you healthy all around if his goal. He is professional, kind, funny, he accepts walk ins, there is never a long wait, he has great equipment, and he is very reasonable with prices and treatment plans. He understands that his patients need to go to work and not medical buildings. Dr. Rick really has a heart for healing people. I am thankful for him every day. I no longer take any meds or go to doctors. Thank you Dr. RICK

My wife, 3 kids and I have been utilizing Dr. Rick the last 6+ years for our spinal and overall health. His practice over these years has been a significant part of our families fitness and well-being, his consistent high energy and positive attitude is refreshing especially when you are not feeling your best. He has a very pragmatic approach to your individual mental and physical health. We highly recommend Dr. Rick for good health and a good laugh!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Rick! He has been a life saver for me. I had back surgery years ago and back pain off and on for years. Dr. Rick is a wonderful chiropractor, a very caring and understanding doctor when he sees you in pain and a kind man who really makes his patients feel like not only are they important to him but he treats us like we're family. I couldn't be more pleased with his skills, knowledge and compassion. And I must admit I love the bantering he does with both my husband and myself whenever we're in to see him. He's truly one of a kind and I would recommend him to anyone wanting genuine care and the expertise to go with it!

After experiencing chronic - and at some points severe - back pain following the birth of my two girls, I decided it was time for me to see a professional. Dr. Rick worked me into his busy schedule without issue, and after one treatment at his Malvern office, my condition improved. Within three visits my condition improved 100 percent, and I was back into the swing of life. Recently, my husband experienced a pinched nerve and spasms in his neck and Dr. Rick talked us through treatment over the phone and followed up with an appointment the SAME DAY! My husband has always been reluctant to see a chiropractor, but after one visit, he is now a believer!
