Where do I begin? The front desk associate Katie has absolutely no etiquette. With how many times I see her name in the reviews, how is she still working there? It’s clear that she has no customer service skills. Where have the massage therapists Soni and Beverly gone? Where are Dr. Julie and Jodi going and why?! Why are my questions being dismissed? If they mistreat people who are calling to schedule appointments, I think it’s safe to say that they treat their employees like this too. This is all comes down to poor business management. Whoever is in charge should take some business management courses if they want to improve business. Besides that, I called a couple of weeks ago to book an appointment with Dr. Julie and the massage therapist Soni through a referral and I was told that they weren’t there anymore. I was offered the choice to book with a different therapist, Beverly, however I was bummed of course so I just said never mind thanks anyway. I have been going through a stressful time and decided to call back and schedule that appointment with Beverly and to my very disappointed surprise, she’s no longer there. I wish I would have read the reviews on this place first so I could save myself the frustration.

If you enjoy playing "Schedule Roulette" or being treated like a nuisance by the front desk, this is the place for you. For everyone else, stay away. The inconsistency here has become a joke. My wife used to swear by Soni and Beverly, but they’re gone now. In fact, it seems like there’s a revolving door for staff; I don’t think I’ve seen the same face twice in six months. It’s hard to trust a business that can't seem to keep its own employees around. The final straw, however, was the blatant disrespect from the office staff. After speaking to me with an attitude, Katie actually hung up on me. When I tried to call back immediately to address it, no one answered the phone. We’ve put up with a lot over the years, specifically their habit of last-minute cancellations. We’re talking "morning of" calls that forced us to scramble and rearrange our entire work schedules. We let it slide because my wife loved the service, but when you pair unreliable scheduling with a rude, disappearing staff, there’s no reason to come back. Save your money and your blood pressure. There are plenty of other clinics that actually value their patients and know how to answer a phone.

I’ve been calling and calling to schedule an hour massage for my wife for Valentine’s Day for the last week and a half! I was able finally get a hold of someone just to get a cold shoulder answer saying that there are no therapist available. I asked who was I speaking to and the woman over the phone said Katie and hung up on me!! Very disappointing. This practice is going DOWNHILL! It seems like everyday I’m hearing something negative about this place. Take your valuable time and hard earned money somewhere else! THANK ME LATER.

I have been having some chronic neck and back pain and I was referred to go here and see Dr. Julie for chiropractic care because she was really good and to see Beverly Clark for massage afterwards because I was told she had miracle hands. I called to schedule with Both of them and come to find out neither one of them are there anymore! I wasn’t referred to another therapist so that must mean they are not offering massage anymore! I’m highly disappointed. I’m going to have to go somewhere else now.

All staff are wonderful and caring! They offer a well-customized approach and really take their time to understand and help their patients. I use Align for both chiropractic and massage, and I have benefitted greatly from their care. Being able to text to schedule appointments is also a huge plus during busy times!
