Took my 82 yr old mother to visit Dr.Parrish. She had constant pain in her neck and back. Could not find an MD who could help. Within two weeks of treatment the pain had stopped. I was so impressed I sought treatment and the Doc has worked out my back issues in no time! Great Doctor, better person!

My back has been feeling so much better. Within a few weeks, my range of motion improved and as I continue treatment, I look forward to the long term effects. The office is always clean and organized and I love their flexibility. Thank you! Highly recommend.

As a singer, good posture and muscle relaxation are central to great technique. Sadly I struggle with both. After my vocal coach recommended I see a chiropractor and after a quick google search, I found this little gem in Trexlertown. I had never been to a chiropractor before, so I was shocked to find that my issues, presumably driven by poor habits over the years, were a bit more complicated than learning to stand up straight. An x-ray showed that I had lost the natural curvature of my cervical spine, due to leaning over a computer keyboard for years, and identified some lower back arthritis. The cervical spine issue or military neck not only affected my voice by restricting vocal cord movement, disrupting breath support, and creating throat tension it also was causing chronic lower back pain and headaches. Who knew it was all related?! The natural curvature of the cervical spine absorbs shock, so the misalignment led to increased stress on the vertebrae and discs throughout my spine, likely accelerating disc degeneration and causing the pain. Thankfully, this is all treatable and in large part reversible! Dr. Parrish has been treating me for a couple of months now, and I no longer have headaches and my lower back pain has dramatically improved! I never gave chiropractic care much thought, but now I believe it is one of the best gifts you can give your current and future self. Dr. Parrish is passionate and knowledgeable with enough paper on the wall to prove it. I heartily recommend his practice to anyone who is struggling with posture and/or back/neck pain.
