His work is amazing often using cutting edge technology. He is not rushed but takes his time not only assessing our need but treating it as well. We are so grateful for his help. I had been on prescription acid reflux medicine for over a decade. At the urging of my wife, I consulted with Dr. Ramsey on a natural approach to wean myself off the medication while taking whole food/herbal supplements. After four months, I am happy to say that I am largely medication free thanks to the program Dr. Ramsey had me do. If you are looking for a natural solution for health problems sans medication, then I would recommend seeing Dr. Ramsey at the Functional Medicine Center. It will most likely be more expensive than seeing a traditional insurance covered provider, but the goal is recovery and not only symptom treatment by dependence on a prescription.

I live in South Carolina, but my family is in Oklahoma City. When I discovered Dr. Ramsey, I knew immediately that my grandma needed to see him. What I didn’t expect was just how much he would change not only her life, but our entire family’s as well. My grandma had been through it all with the traditional medical system—gallbladder removal, hysterectomy, fibromyalgia, a heart attack, countless prescriptions (some even dangerous). No one could truly help her. Even as a holistic functional practitioner/wellness coach myself, I couldn’t give her the relief she so desperately needed. But Dr. Ramsey did. He’s completely transformed her health. For years, I never once got a phone call from her without hearing pain or exhaustion in her voice. Now? She calls to tell us about driving herself around, cooking, shopping, and visiting family—things I never thought I’d hear her say again. Every time I had questions or thoughts as we continued helping her heal, he never left me hanging. He answers every email, every call and moves us through our next steps. I see this every day, people either neglect their health or the doctors gave them no true help, and so they end up with years of issues. It takes a good amount of time to help your body uncover these issues. If you are ready to take your health seriously, naturally, and wholeheartedly, you need to see him. Doctors in the conventional system are trained to medicate, not to heal. I can't begin to say enough good things about Dr. Ramsey & his practice. I originally went to him for a horribly tweaked neck which he treated to almost 100% in one visit. Because my experience with this injury was so good I continued to visit him regarding some other pain I was having in my back. Not only am I feeling SO much better after a few months of treatments but I have also started utilizing the functional medicine aspect of his practice. I've uncovered some other issues I had going on and have found out some remarkable things that have been truly life-changing for me. Dr. Ramsey is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He stays up on current research, continues to learn new things and is extremely informative. He gives his full attention to your visit and walks you though anything you might have questions or concerns about. His wife, Donna, who runs the front desk is also absolutely fabulous. She's one of the most warm and friendly people I have interacted with. She is also on top of all billing, insurance and scheduling questions. I could go on and on about how much I've loved my experience with this practice. You are in great hands with Dr. Ramsey & Donna.
