Wonderful doctor who is easy to talk to, patient and kind. Dr. Mariah listens and takes the time to discuss the best options for her patients. BodyWork Chiropractic and Wellness offers many holistic health options, such as massage, yoga, personal training, and dry needling. Great vibe, great doctor! Lastly, I would like to give 5 bones to the hardest working employee, named Nash. Who is the "front door welcoming committee" dog. He is adorable and just makes me smile each time I come in.

Dr. Southard did an amazing job of assessing my overall health and wellness during my initial visit earlier this year. Her subsequent spinal adjustments have helped tremendously to manage pain emanating from my L4 and L5 disc compression. Dr. Mariah Southard is an absolute gem! If you are looking for a caring, compassionate and extremely gifted chiropractor, look no further. She takes the time to get to know you and personalizes treatment whether it be wellness or an ailment. She is the absolute best neck adjuster in the land - hands down! My neck isn't easy to adjust and she gets it every time. She has treated my whole family and we all love her! I also refer my doula clients to her and they rave about their experience. The facility is welcoming and beautiful with plenty of parking and wonderful wellness options all in one spot.
