Dr Bauer does good work, was happy with NLSC for about 2 years. They have recently changed and shortened their hours of operation, craming more visits into the same time making it feel like you are part of an assembly line. My biggest problem with them is I have always been a cash paid customer and have paid my balance due after each visit. Much to my surprise I received an invoice in the mail saying that I owed additional money? I have called the office 3 times, each time being told that someone would get back to me with an explanation, nobody has called back. Even though it's a small amount I am thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau or possibly an attorney.

Dr. Baur is seriously the best! He has seen me as a walk-in with horrible pain in my lower back due to the shifts of pregnancy at the VERY end of the day while I’m in tears. Him and his staff are always respectful and give so much relief and reassurance. I’ve never had a an experience here that was anything other than perfect. Definitely recommend!

I've been seeing Dr. Bauer for about a year now. I am currently on a preventative program. No snap, crackle, pop, and I always feel better after I leave his practice. I have a lot of back and neck issues that a surgeon said surgery was "necessary". Instead I chose physical therapy, epidurals (pain management), and now New Life Spine. I used to be an Orthopedic Nurse so I know first hand that surgery should be a last (or never) option. I feel great and will continue my monthly wellness visits!

This is by far the best Chiropractor in Northwest Ohio. Dr Bauer is totally awesome, the atmosphere is super friendly and here, you get results, PERIOD! We've been to 2 other Chiropractors and they couldn't help. They shoot from the hip and guess at what they're doing. Dr Bauer uses state of the art technology. No one else compares.
