Let me explain this low review: I absolutely find Dr. Long a very capable chiropractor - in fact, I like him and his staff very much. Here's my problem - It's January 24, 2022 and I JUST received a bill for service performed in October of 2020. Seems they've had a billing audit and found that lots of billing was incomplete. The statement I received is dated October 8, 2021 for a date of service of October 28, 2020 and arrived in my mailbox 1/20/2022. I intend to pay the bill - but under protest.

Dr. Kent Long and his staff have been very helpful to me in the last 2 years -- both situations were acute injuries that he treated over a number of weeks. One event was progressive overuse of my back -- the other was a severe fall. In both cases he has been careful to diagnose and treat with compassion over time, as he brings me back to normal back movement. I'm so thankful for their help!

Dr. Long seems extremely knowledgeable about how the spine and other joints work and how to fix them. I have followed his treatment plan for a couple of years now and have seen a good deal of improvement with a very painful shoulder problem that no other treatment seemed to improve. I've also seem general improvement in how well the rest of my body is working. He is also very kind and easy to talk to, and the staff are courteous and efficient, and the fees for his services are extremely reasonable.
