The office of Inner Health Chiropractic is a wonderful place to be treated for neck and back pain. The doctor and the staff are pleasant, inviting and professional at the same time. I've only had 4 visits thus far and I am experiencing less pain and irritation already. I can't say enough about this place. But what I would say is if you are experiencing a spinal injury such as neck and back pain give the office of Inner Health Chiropractic East a try!

This is a wonderful place. Hands down, the best care was given to me as Dr Briggs listened and heard about the pain I was experiencing. He had compassion and explained with details the treatment plan to relieve my pain. I'm grateful for the relief and hopeful for the healing! Ruseana, the front desk assistant was so sweet and patient with me. She was professional and full of compassion! Inner Health Chiropractic is a gift to Franklin County and I definitely recommend to anyone who has trauma and pain.

Extremely disappointment. Initially I called and scheduled in an appointment at the German Village location and after providing my address the receptionist shared they had an east side location off of Broad St that may be more convenient and may have a earlier appointment. I reached out to the office, no answer - no problem. A few hours later I receive a call back from the Broad st office and offered me an appointment for the same day as German Village. I shared I had spoke with someone in German Village and I would just keep my original appointment. Long story short she convinces me to try out their office and that she could reach out to the German Village office and cancel my appointment to make everything seem less for me. And if I’m in pain this location is closer and since they are independent if I attempt to came see them at a later time I’ll be considered a new patient. Now today is my appointment I’m 15 mins early and there is a hand written sign that the office is closed through 3/26. I completely understand emergencies happen but back is on fire and there was no notification or heads up that all appointments would be cancelled and for all this I could of just kept my original day and time with the German Village team. Now I can’t be seen until the end of the week, smh.
