Telling you what to expect may be an indirect injustice due to the diverse nature of our needs and make up. What I will tell you is that my expectations were vastly exceeded the moment I walked in to such a welcoming and kind atmosphere. I did not feel like I was in a doctor’s office, rather with family or friends. Dr. Rafey is genuine. She listened and showed true concern for my concerns. She understood me and I felt connected as if she met me where I was without some over the top complicated analysis and intriguing terms. We just talked and shared personably. For me, I felt instant relief and could tell a lasting difference from our first visit. I will be returning for a follow up. Also, David the office manager was so helpful. He is professional and precise. This really made the visit go even more smoothly as I had walked in knowing nothing of this process or practice. Our wellness journeys truly are our own, but what an incredible way to start one. To be ushered in with importance and priority, and to be treated with such generosity and respect. I searched for a new chiropractor and went through several others before I stumbled on Dr Rafey. Wow am I glad I did!! She has a way of making you feel safe and heard. Instead of making random decisions on what you need… she listens to the patient and actually hears them. Dr Rafey is one of a kind and I’m grateful for her daily because I haven’t felt this good in years. Aside from Dr Rafey I cannot leave out Dave. He runs the office and makes every patient feel special. There is a continuous flow to your visit and you never wait to be seen. Cheers to both Dr Rafey and Dave… they are one in a million!
