I am so happy to have been seen by Carolina Care and Rehab! Dr. Gerdes and the entire staff truly go above and beyond every visit. The clinic is extremely clean, the staff is incredibly attentive, and you are always made to feel welcome. Dr. Gerdes takes the time to truly listen and makes sure all of your concerns are addressed. His techniques have helped tremendously with my back pain, neck pain, and chronic headaches. His skill with the Y-strap technique is absolutely amazing. It provides immediate relief, and he is one of the only chiropractors in North Carolina who offers this technique and does it safely and well! Thank you for taking care of me!

I came to Dr. Gerdes about a month and a half ago with very bad lower back pain that I had been dealing with for years. He came up with a treatment plan for me and after continuing my regular visits my pain is just about gone. I started at a pain level of about 8/9 and I am down to a 1 now. It's hard to believe after years of pain that I'm almost pain free and I never thought I would be here. Dr. Gerdes has been a saving grace for me. And his staff are so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone in need of any kind chiropractic services see Dr.Gerdes you will not be sorry.

Dr. Gerdes is a hidden gem. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years since a neck and shoulder injury. A friend told me “you have to see him”. After being seen by other providers he was the one to figure out the root of my problems and in the end was able to fix my neck and nerve injury. The office is very clean and professional.
