This is the worst Joint location there is and we’ve been to several. Not only have we dealt with two different injuries from this location but we’ve been attempting to cancel our membership for over a month and they have hit our bank account not once but twice now, I requested a call from the owner and she has refused to call me back and I’ve been waiting for a month. If you need a chiropractor I recommend the joint in Winston Salem near Costco and see Dr Nocera. This location is a joke!

I’ve always been impressed with the quality of care at The Joint, but today was a disappointment. I arrived at 10am as the first and only customer. The young woman who attempted my adjustment gave up after like 3 minutes. I mentioned I thought it was facet-joint related; she insisted it was probably a rib. When she couldn’t get any movement there, I asked if she could check for a facet issue—she said no. It felt like a waste of a credit.

Went in a skeptic but Dr. Muntzen was calm, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He set a plan in motion to manage and ultimately (hopefully) fix my sciatica and disc degeneration. Highly Recommend the first time patient deal $29. Worth EVERY CENT!
