Saw Dr Jenny for new patient visit yesterday. Very impressed with the time she spent listening to my concerns and problems and the explanations she provided. Looking forward to working with her to address my pains! The location is convenient and office seems very well managed.

I came to this practice from another state and worked with them for several months last summer. Dr. Jenny is very nice and seems very competent in her manipulations. Unfortunately this practice is very regulated in their approach to treatment. You must have a treatment plan in place to access insurance and monthly maintenance visits do not count as part of any plan. I was looking for a chiropractor who would see me on a maintenance basis and let me use an insurance benefit that my out of state provider offers. The only way to access this at Carolina Spine Specialists is to pay for a package of multiple visits at a "discounted" rate that far exceeds insurance co-pays. They say that North Carolina insurance programs do not allow insurance to be used for maintenance visits which appears to be true. If anyone knows of a local provider who allows the use of out of state insurance for chiropractic maintenance visits, please let me know.

I saw Dr.Sherwood for the first time and I was very impressed with her attention to me and my history. Then after her adjusting my back and neck I walked away feeling so much better. Beautiful calming surroundings which put you at ease immediately. I consider this practice to be my new Chiropractic practice and so grateful.
