Dr. Sirota is the best! I live a very active life but after I was in a car accident, I suffered from terrible neck and back pain which really set me back as I could not exercise without pain. I had multiple herniated discs and he helped me not only get out of pain, but stay out of pain! Now, I'm consistently able to enjoy my workouts again without constantly worrying. Dr. Sirota has also helped me with my scoliosis, hiatal hernia/reflux, and costochondritis among many other issues. He is very meticulous and really listens to any concerns you have. He truly is an awesome chiropractor and really cares about your health. You can tell his number one priority is to help you feel better! If you're struggling with pain of any kind, do not hesitate to see him!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sirota for the past five years, and it only gets better. From the very beginning, he’s helped me manage and truly relieve my pain without the use of medication. His care has allowed me to live a more active, healthy, and pain-free life. What I appreciate most is how he listens and treats the root cause instead of masking symptoms. Every session is personal, professional, and focused. You can feel that he genuinely cares about your long term well-being, not just quick fixes. Chiropractic care is so underrated, and I wish more people knew how powerful it can be. Dr. Sirota has shown me that healing doesn’t always need to come in the form of pills or procedures. Have had a couple of sessions with Dr. Sirota. I didn't realize how tight my body has been. It just became the norm. But today he said and I felt it -- this was the best adjustment yet. Dr. Sirota is an incredible chiropractor, he is always involved in my healing journey and ensures that I am taken care of. He shows dedication to his patients and is persistent with the treatments to make sure that I am feeling better. He fixed my back that got messed up while moving. He fixed my wrist after a workout incident. Even after I had to move to a different state, he helped me locate a chiropractor in my area that would meet the same standard of care I always received from him. During my time out of town, Dr. Sirota was still always available to answer my questions related to Dental work related pain and advised me with the necessary steps to feel better. Dr. Jon Sirota is fantastic! After 1 treatment my tense back was feeling great. If you have any back pain or stress in your muscles, you must get it examined by Dr. Sirota. He is funny, educational and most importantly he will make you feel like a new person. If you do any type of sports, if you sit long hours in your office or if you drive for long hours, you will definitely benefit from getting treated by Dr Sirota. He has offices in Stamford, CT and in North White Plains. Very safe and conveniently located.
