I had a rib out of place next to my spine and my back spasmed just a couple days before I was leaving for out of town. I called as a new patient, explained my symptoms and Dr. Sam was able to get me in that afternoon. She was awesome. Read through my paperwork, asked me about my history and what was going on and walked me through the plan for treatment. She was able to adjust the rib back into place and immediately I was not only able to lay on my back comfortably but even breathe without feeling the pain in my back - an amazing improvement. I'll go back in for one more treatment after vacation for anything that still needs adjustment but am also now considering making regular appointments to keep up on my back. She was realistic, helpful, caring and personable. Couldn't ask for a better experience! As for someone with a long history of back pain and an injury, it was relieving to fully trust the doctors there and know I was in good hands.

I’ve now seen both Dr. Hilary Denison and Dr. Eric Colon for treatment post accident, both have treated all complaints with the utmost care. Dr. Hilary provided thorough and gentle evaluations to my areas of concern. While Dr. Eric addressed continued care in tandem with treatments recommended Dr. Hilary. The Doctors at Vital Roots Chiropractic not only have provided great care but create a very welcoming environment within their space. Never at any point did I feel like just a number, treatments were just for me and have varied based on the conversation surrounding my concerns.

Great place. Clean, and friendly. They truly care! It’s not just another chiropractor adjustment then asking you to come back every week. They take you as the individual person, your pain, and they treat you as a whole. We need more places like this. I would give them more stars but 5 is the highest. Highly recommend

Dr. Hilary is wonderful! She is very thorough and takes the time to explain things. I had never been to a chiropractor and have always been very hesitant and honestly a little afraid of someone manipulating my body. Once I met her though and talked with her, I felt comfortable. She educates you and wants to make sure you’re comfortable with the treatment she has in mind. After my first appointment I felt great. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Hilary Denison is one of the best healthcare providers I’ve ever had. She takes her time, you can see her brain ticking as she listens to your symptoms, and she talks you through everything as she does it while making you feel comfortable the whole time. Life is now easier because of what she was able to do with my lower back these past few months. Plus, her goal is for you to not need her anymore - she really cares about your success. Couldn’t recommend her more!
