I needed a TB test for my caregivingjob, so they sent me here. When they read it they said it was positive and sent me home. They did not do a chest xray. I went in the next day and told them I needed an xray done so I could go to work. My chest xray was done on a Monday, and they told me it would be read in 48 hours. I called on Wednesday, and they told me it was going to be read by Friday. I did not call on Thursday, waited till Friday, and left a message with someone to call me with my results. It was still not read and I had already missed a week of work, that Vets needed help. I needed to work on Saturday, and it was still not read, so I went to AFC, told them my problem, and in two hours I had a new chest xray, and it was read to me right there. This was on Friday around 7 PM, I was able to call my work and tell them it was negative. AFC is the best place to go, I was able to get to work. I have had a TB done for a long time and this is the first time it was positive, I suspect it was done incorrectly. I still have never received anything from Reliance, and my work will stop working with Reliance.

When we arrived, the woman at front checking in to the left was very rude, I think she said her name was Brittany. Not only were her personality and demeanor unprofessional, her appearance needs to coaches to. I understand a relaxed dress code, but slides as footwear and many day old french-braids are not appropriate for a medical office.

I took my husband in for back pain. They gave him a steroid shot and sent him on his way. He started having a bad reaction to it. So we called to see if it was normal. They were not only rude about it but they were very dismissive saying that it wasnt because of the shot. Well a trip to the emergency room later he was indeed having an allergic reaction and a very bad one too. It would've been nice if they were a bit more professional and caring when it came to his reaction to the medication

Lets start when I walk in. All the ladies at the front are talking they don't acknowledge me. Hand me paperwork tell me to fill it out, so I fill the paperwork out and come back up the desk all 3 girls heads down in their phone so I ask who I need to give the paperwork too she grabs and asks for my Drivers License and Insurance card so I go ahead hand that to her. Takes her 15 mins to get a copy, pull my eligibility and take a copy, why? Because she insists on sitting there talking and not doing her job. Might I also add that they were openly discussing patients in front of people sitting in the lobby which is also a HIPPA violation. Once I get back to the room and see the provider he is in there 5 mins gets what he needs done lets me know he will write me a RX, then leaves. I can hear the provider along with the staff, nurses outside at the nurses station cussing being extremely loud. My overall experience was not good and by reading the other reviews they are not good either.

Drug test, TB questionnaire, physical I can't fathom why this place has such a low and poor review rating. I'm giving it five stars. Here's why..... I got there a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I signed in and then filled out the three forms of paperwork. Every single lady there at the front desk, was very nice and had good customer service. I did not wait very long before I was told to go over to the drug test area. I had two people ahead of me and only waited a few minutes. The receptionist over there and the woman who handled my drug test were both very nice and professional. After my drug test I went over for the physical. Robert the gentleman who did the physical was very cool and very professional. He could see that I was having some anxiety and was very calming. He did a great job. After I was done with him a doctor came in and did some flexibility tests and reflex. Again very professional and respectful. Before I went into reliance I had read the reviews and was a little concerned. I think that when people write reviews it's usually because they're mad. Everyone please take my word for it this is a good place with good hard working people and it gets a five-star review for me. You're in good hands over there.
